Future Land Use Sub-Committee

This committee is charged with carrying out the objectives of Chapter 10 - Future Land Use of the Town's 20-Year Comprehensive Plan. The Future Land Use maps illustrate the goals, objectives, visions and policies expressed by all of the varied data collected throughout the development of the plan. The maps reflect to the greatest extent feasible the desires, expectations and demands of residents and landowners for future development, redevelopment and preservation activities in the town of Three Lakes. They serve as the primary guidance tool for the Town Board and Plan Commission in implementing the Comprehensive Plan during the next 20 years.
