Transfer site coupons are for use by Town of Three Lakes residents only; and only can be used at the Three Lakes Transfer Site. The cost for one sheet is $46.00 (value of $84.50); two full sheets cost $92.00 (value of $169.00); half sheets cost $24.00 (value of $42.25). There is a limit of two (2) full sheets per parcel with improvements per calendar year. Tax-exempt entities cannot purchase coupons. If you have leftover coupons at the end of the year, please DO NOT give them to the attendant at the transfer site; recycle/throw them away instead. If you give them to the attendant they are counted as used, resulting in a charge to the Town.
Items accepted include:
Garbage: one single bag (max 30 lbs per bag) = $3.25/one coupon OR $4.00 cash
Trash bags over 30lbs are minimum of $5.00 or at the attendant's discretion.
Recyclables are accepted at NO charge: (you do not need to separate recyclables)

- Office papers
- Magazines
- Glass bottles & jars
- Plastic bottles & containers (#1, #2, #5)
- Milk & juice cartons
- Aluminum & steel cans

Brush not larger than 6" in diameter is accepted at the following rates:
Standard pickup truck of brush or standard trailer of brush (up to 4 cubic yards) $25.00
Standard pickup truck and trailer of brush (8 cubic yards) $50.00
Standard dump truck of brush (16 cubic yards) $100.00
Leaves/Grass Clippings:
Standard pickup truck of leaves/grass clippings or standard trailer of leaves/grass clippings (up to 4 cubic yards) $10.00
Standard pickup truck of leaves/grass clippings and standard trailer of leaves/grass clippings (8 cubic yards) $20.00
Standard dump truck of leaves/grass clippings (16 cubic yards) $50.00
Bagged yard & garden waste: $1.00 per bag
